Warrior worked with a leading University to study how hockey sticks store and release energy. This proprietary test enables Warrior engineers to measure the time a stick launches a puck, enabling our engineers to fine-tune the new Covert for the quickest release in hockey. Release time is called the Moment of Release and is measured in milliseconds. Also featured in the Covert QR1 is are reinforced corners which doubles the strength without adding weight to the stick. The laser cut carbon layers are wrapped precisely to remove excess weight. Warrior worked with Mitsubishi USA to manufacture fibers which permanently bond for maximum strength. The fiber size offers more strength per quare inch.
